Your Role:

As our new Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, focusing on the efficient handling of incoming services, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating logistics with agents. 

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Receive and process incoming service requests.
  • Daily mail management.
  • Coordinate with relevant agents for timely and accurate service fulfillment.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, tracking the status of services.
  • Address enquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Cultivate positive client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

About You:

We are looking for someone who prioritises tasks with efficiency, maintains meticulous records, and ensures accuracy in every detail.

While prior exposure to the Process Serving Industry is advantageous, what truly sets you apart is a commitment to client communication and operational excellence.

  • Work Hours: Experience a standard 38-hour workweek with regular office hours.
  • Technology: Engage in computer-based work, making use of various software tools for tasks such as data entry, communication, and report generation.
