Role purpose
The key purpose of the Administration Assistant / Guest Experience Representative is to provide high quality service and efficient administrative support to the centre management team. This role will focus predominantly across administration and customer service responsibilities:
What will you bring?You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in similar office administration and/or reception roles. You will be known for your ability to provide exemplary customer service at every touch point to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. You will bring excellent communication and administration skills; have the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail. Most importantly you will have the passion and desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life through every interaction.
This is an 18th Month Fixed Term contract position.
Work Schedule:
The role is Monday – Friday
3 days Admin and 2 Days Guest Experience Representative (at the information desk)
Monday, Tuesday and Friday = Admin
Wednesday & Thursday = GER
