Albury Wodonga Health is currently recruiting Administration Officer to join our dynamic Emergency Department. We are excited to offer multiple new positions, both part-time and casual- hours negotiable with the successful applicants, providing a fantastic opportunity for contributing to our committed team.
Key requirements for interested candidates:
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment, and to positively contribute to team operations and working relationships.
- Demonstrated competence in dealing with the public, providing high quality customer service that meets or exceeds their needs, displaying a customer focussed approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster with varying shifts over a 7 day week roster
Employment Type: Part-time and Casual opportunities are available to accommodate preferences and work/life balance.
The Administration Officer will be a valued member of the non-admitted team providing support to our clinical team to facilitate the smooth operation of our Emergency Department. We invite you to join our dynamic team as we enter an exciting new era for Albury Wodonga Health. Our brand-new Emergency Department has multiple positions available for those with experience or wanting to start a new career. The position will be upskilled and trained in the position.
You will be assisting with providing a high level of patient interaction. The main objective of this role is to provide a helping hand and high-quality administrative duties so that our clinical staff can provide a superior level of patient care and service to our community.
If you thrive working within a fast-paced environment, helping others and enjoy the diversity and challenges that come from working within a busy 24-hour department this will be the role for you. This position is required to workday, evening and night shifts and will include weekends and public holidays, with varying shift times.
