About the role
The purpose of this position is to be a positive team member within a multidisciplinary team, providing administrative support to key stakeholders within the Theatre environment, and a high level of professional customer service.
About you
- Advanced knowledge and operation of administrative and clinical information systems including: HBCIS, ORMIS, ESSIS and CCI Portal and advanced level of computerised systems such as word and excel.
- Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait listing of patients, bookings for procedures/appointments, managing procedure/appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list using the relevant information systems in a timely manner
- Provide a high level of administrative support within a multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision and participate as a positive member within a multidisciplinary team while displaying strong work ethics.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
