About Us:
Queensland Academies Creative Industries (QACI) is a 7-storey campus that caters for students in Year 10 to 12. About the Role:
As a member of a cooperative staff team, your role and responsibilities will support the working environment of high care, commitment, challenge and collaboration to nurture the development of highly capable students.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Providing first point of contact for all students, staff and community with a friendly, well-presented and articulate approach.
- Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries), arranging appointments, correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, such as incident reports, student admissions, enrolments and departures, processing incoming and outgoing mail and email.

- Effective time and task management skills
- Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes
- Embraces change and leads with focus and optimism in environments that are complex and at times ambiguous.

- Ability to perform under direction, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work demands and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of departmental administrative policies, practices and procedures used in schools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
