We are a metal fabrication and CNC machining engineering business on the Northside of Brisbane. We have been under new ownership for almost 12 months and are assembling a new management and administrative team to take the business into the future. There are great existing systems and processes as well as an opportunity to do things differently and make the role your own. Qualifications & experience
- 3 years bookkeeping experience & previous administrative experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Process Delivery Dockets, Order Consumables & Stationery, Payroll, Maintain Inhouse Spreadsheets, End of Month Journals, Bank Reconciliations Cash Flow, BAS, PAYG, Super, Payroll Tax, Produce Financials for Management, Various other duties
