Neil's Parts (Australia) Pty Ltd has a full time position available in our Toowoomba Branch for a Bookkeeper/Office Administration Person. This role is a Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm position.
Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
- Invoice Processing
- Stock Control including receivals
- Accounts Payable Management & Data Entry
- Accounts Receivable Management & Maintenance
- Assist customers with account queries via phone and email
- Other administrative duties as required as part of the finance team
To be successful in this role, we seek the following qualities:
- Must have prior experience in similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work unsupervised and show initiative
- Good computer skills with intermediate to Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Effective verbal communication skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Diligent and a dynamic team player
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and administrative principles
- Knowledge of Dynamics Database an advantage but not essential
