Are you a skilled Bookkeeper/Administrator seeking a dynamic opportunity with an innovative Financial Services Group? As part of our strategy for growth, we seek a motivated individual to join our team based in our vibrant Gold Coast office who is able to start as soon as possible.
About Us:
Credit Connect Capital Ltd is licensed to act as Trustee (fund manager) of the Credit Connect Select Fund (“the Fund”) and offers income-generating investment opportunities to its wholesale/sophisticated investor clients. The Fund in turn provides loan advances to corporate borrower’s secured by first mortgage over Australian real estate and operates as a non-bank lender in this well-recognised $74 billion sector.

Your Key Attributes:
- Advanced proficiency in Xero; prior experience in setting up full chart of accounts for new entities using Xero is desirable. Xero Certification is preferred.
- Secondary/tertiary qualification in accounting preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly with intermediate skills in Excel.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in general office administration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
- Data administration.
- Providing support to the team.
- Assisting with internal compliance to policies, procedures or manuals.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as required.
This is a part-time position initially requiring 25 hours per week and we welcome candidates seeking flexible days/work hours within the regular office hours, including those compatible with school hours. A background or experience in the financial services industry will be highly regarded with potential for permanent placement for the ideal candidate.
