This is the perfect role for an admin professional with Bookkeeping Experienc who enjoys working part-time with a close-knit team of Accountants. You will be the first point of call for all incoming phone calls. So a welcoming phone manner is a must.

General Tasks
First point of contact for all incoming phone calls (with assistance from our office manager)
Monitor daily incoming emails, respond and/or redirect as required
Provide general support to office managers and directors.
Coordinate all job bookings.
Collection of post letters from the post office.
