Support the wider office team in this multi-faceted, diverse role. Perfect for an Administrative superstar, looking to grow into PA duties!

What do you do?
- Provide support to the Managing Director with any tasks required i.e organising meetings, minute taking
- Front of house responsibilities – answering calls & greeting visitors
- Organising events / team activites for the office
- Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are kept professional at all time
- Organise catering for meetings where necessary
- Support the finance team with administrative duties
- Keep the office stocked up and running smoothly
What do you need:
- You will have experience within Administration/Office Support
- Good attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- You will be tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Suite
