This newly created role comes as this impressive organisation continues its growth trajectory. As the Area Manager, you will look after the North-West part of the state, essentially leading 9 residential community sites and driving an exceptional residential experience through your team.
Duties
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of lifestyle communities, ensuring smooth operations and high resident satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall lifestyle experience for residents
- Collaborate with community managers to establish and maintain high-quality facilities and amenities
- Monitor community budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service
- Work closely with marketing, customer service & sales to ensure the existing high NPS remains in place
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of delivering & driving exceptional customer service
- Previous leadership experience in customer experience, high level customer service, multi-site retail, hospitality or property roles
- Experience in Area Management / multi-site management will be well regarded
- Passionate about leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions
- High level stakeholder management across various functions
