Area Manager

About the role
This newly created role comes as this impressive organisation continues its growth trajectory. As the Area Manager, you will look after the North-West part of the state, essentially leading 9 residential community sites and driving an exceptional residential experience through your team.
  
Duties

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of lifestyle communities, ensuring smooth operations and high resident satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall lifestyle experience for residents
• Collaborate with community managers to establish and maintain high-quality facilities and amenities
• Monitor community budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service
• Work closely with marketing, customer service & sales to ensure the existing high NPS remains in place

  
Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of delivering & driving exceptional customer service
• Previous leadership experience in customer experience, high level customer service, multi-site retail, hospitality or property roles
• Experience in Area Management / multi-site management will be well regarded
• Passionate about leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions
• High level stakeholder management across various functions
