Form of workWe’re looking for a versatile Bookkeeper/Administrator for our client in Bibra Lake! We're offering an attractive part-time opportunity with a competitive rate of $35 per hour, providing flexibility and fulfilment. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of the team, supporting the existing accounts person in a collaborative job-share arrangement, with 2-3 days a week schedule.
Ideal for those seeking work-life balance, this position offers flexibility, allowing you to work within school hours or according to your schedule. Responsibilities include managing payroll, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. You'll also play a key role in generating monthly reports, managing credit control, and liaising with our external Accountant for annual accounts and tax queries.
