For this role, we are looking for a full or part time Bookkeeper with a minimum 22.5 hours per week. The position will be based in our Essendon office with some time to be spent in our Sunbury location too. Tuesdays and Fridays are a must.
You will need to be a stickler for accuracy, business minded, tech savvy and a brilliant juggler of tasks. A friendly engaging personality who is confident and comfortable with new forms of technology. Most of all you will have a deep love of processes and efficiencies.
Yes, you will need great organisational skills, professionalism and an intimate knowledge of Xero and Cloud based technologies is a requirement. But just as importantly we are after enthusiasm and a positive attitude (which by the way is another one of our core values).

This role’s responsibilities include:
- Face to face meetings with clients
- Xero client setups
- Xero training of clients
- Client Payroll completion
- Bank reconciliations
- End of month journals and reporting
- Accounts payable
- Providing solutions to clients to continually improve their business processes
To be awesome in this role you will need:

- The ability to prioritise and manage your time
- Cloud Experience
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll
- A strong working knowledge of Xero
- Some technical know-how (you don’t have to be an IT specialist, but you do need to know your way around a computer)
it would also be great to have:
- Experience in an Accounting firm
- Client facing experience
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping

A full unrestricted work permit/visa for Australia
Current Victorian driver’s license and ability to attend alternate workplaces on an adhoc basis
