We are looking for a professional and energetic person who can build a pipeline of considerable opportunities and covert these opportunities into new business.
Your Role
As the BDM you will:
- Create leads within our target market and build a strong pipeline.
- Convert your pipeline into closed business
- Generate and foster relationships with prospects.
- Ongoing promotion of Merfield Group's extensive range of services
- Ability to quote and deliver high quality and accurate proposals.
- Negotiate with prospects.
- Complete and submit progress reports of new business activities.
- Achieve agreed KPIs.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Proven sales success in commercial cleaning or similar field would be highly regarded.
- Strong experience with maintaining CRM systems
- A strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated, resilient, and energetic
- Ability to negotiate.
- Success in meeting sales KPI’s
