Responsibilities:
- Establish New Sales: Establish new customer relationships for recruitment services across permanent and contract labour.
- Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and growth plans. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Marketing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, professional network events) to identify and attract top-tier clients.
- Tender Response: Respond, track and participate in tender responses.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and review contract terms
Requirements:
- Experience: Solid Recruitment industry knowledge, or Consultancy Services space where contract labour is required. B2B
- Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles (developers, analysts, project managers) and Telco positions (network engineers, sales, customer support).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to professionally connect with new customers
- Results-driven: Passionate about achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
