Services we offer include (but not limited to): post surgery wound care; medication/maintenance administration; travel medical escorts; home care; companionship and convalascent care; end-of-life; and short/long term private nursing care. Medical/health care professionals may refer your care with ease knowing there is continuity of private nursing services available when their clients require additional aid in the community.
As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate individual to join our team in the unique Dual Role of Business Development Manager (18 hours) and Support Worker (20 hours)
Location: Toowoomba/ Brisbane
Role and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager / Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our team while providing essential support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Track and provide regular reports of business status
Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalised support to clients in accordance with their individual needs and care plans
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and care plans
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Business Development, sales, client management, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required for Support Worker role
