STADA Pharmaceuticals Australia is a multinational European company who have been operating in the Australian market since 2016, delivering innovative therapies.
In the coming years we will be expanding our portfolio. As such, an exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Business Development & Commercialisation Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the General Manager, ANZ, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, refining and executing the company growth strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team;
- Growing the STADA Australian and New Zealand product pipeline by evaluating product portfolios and identifying opportunities that fit within STADA’s strategic portfolio targets;
- Capitalising on internal and external relationships to proactively address portfolio gaps and growth opportunities;
- Collaborating across functions and regional teams to co-ordinate product portfolio reviews and facilitating meetings to expedite the registration and launch of new products;
- Providing advice, support and activities for Business development;
- Preparing and distributing reports on activities, outcomes, and recommendations;
- Making commercially sound recommendations based on financial and technical data;
- Securing supply chain reliability and COGS optimisation;
Qualifications
- Intimate knowledge of AU pharmacy landscape across prescription and OTC products;
- Background in Business Development and/or experience in product management across whole lifecycle;
- Knowledge of AU regulatory and reimbursement processes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing and / or Science.
