We seek a BDM to source and develop new business opportunities while expanding the company presence, brands, products and services. The development of new business opportunities includes identifying and targeting new vertical markets that are well-suited to Jim2 ERP Software.
We are open to this role being based anywhere within Australia with options of working from home or within the office.
Task & Responsibilities
- Develop extensive knowledge of Happen Business products and services so that you can successfully sell, demonstrate and present the offerings in a professional and informed manner
- Provide winning arguments and needs analysis to meet and resolve existing and prospective clients' requirements
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business customer relationships with existing and prospective clients, including responding promptly via email and phone
- Identify and source new business opportunities in vertical markets well-suited to our products and services; and take ownership of client referrals when opportunities arise
- Support fellow team members to also achieve revenue growth targets at Happen Business
Skills and Experience
- Experience in business software including CRM, inventory and accounting software (highly desirable)
- Business problem-solving analysis in the context of ERP or a similar solution
- Be highly organised with attention to detail, initiative and responsiveness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate Microsoft Suite and general computer software
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships
