We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, full time Business Development Manager to join us and help grow the business to achieve its full potential.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to participate in emergence of new markets, eg residential building
- Build new partnerships with architects and builders where required
- Manage the workflow from enquiry through to contract signing, including tendering documentation and queries
- Ongoing review of account activity to maintain an up-to-date account profile
- Provide insight and feedback so we, as the entire team, can constantly and consistently improve our service
- Deliver a positive customer experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements
- Analyse trends affecting the market, with a targeted focus on developing new business
- Work through the concept, design, estimating and negotiating process to finalise the contract.
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in growing sales and networks in the precast, or similar, industry
- Estimating and quoting experience including tender preparation
- Existing knowledge of, and passion for, the precast industry
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Passion, drive & enthusiasm for a dynamic workplace
- Ability to deliver change & solve problems
