They are seeking an experienced Business Development/Account Manager 80/20 split.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recycling, liquid and solid waste sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with our company's mission and values.
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, within the recycling or environmental services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bulk waste mgt experience
- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
- A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card) is preferred.
- Civil Construction industry experience is desirable, coupled with an understanding of EPA Waste Management
Salary guide $120-150k+super+car aligned with skills & experience.
