The Commercial Administrator is primarily responsible for the administration & monitoring of Qube Bulk's haulage, stevedoring and storage agreements via Salesforce (contract management system).
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist, monitor and support the commercial and site administrative teams with primary contract information, updating pricing adjustments and contract renewal processes.
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure timely compliance with commercial obligations.
- Maintain an organised and up to date structure of records and digital files.
- Extraction and reporting of primary contract obligations / information from Salesforce as required by the Contract Manager.
- Assist with administering and tracking of quotations, opportunities and other commercial opportunities via Salesforce.
- Monitor and track the contract development process for the Commercial Team
- Minimum 3yrs administrative experience, ideally in a logistics or mining environment, however not essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work through issues / processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed spread sheeting abilities.
- Structured approach to handling multiple requests / tasks.
