- In this role, you will provide a high standard of Customer Service while answering calls and emails
- In addition, you will liaise with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors
- Assisting other functions, you will be monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity
- Furthermore, you will perform Administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments
- Adjusting scheduling for drivers when required is part of this role
- Compliance with Company Policy and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
What makes you great- You have prior Customer Service and administrative / clerical experience
- High level of verbal and written communication
- Furthermore, you are comfortable liaising and consulting with internal and external clients and staff with a focus on Customer Service
- Your ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines is at a high level
- Sound computing skills, particularly accurate data entry
- In addition, you demonstrate initiative, great organizational skills, flexibility to work in a team environment and also autonomously
