ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a part-time Development Services Technical Officer in this newly designed role within our Place Making division.
Utilising your understanding, and ability to interpret information contained within Civil Construction Plans and Plans of Subdivision, you will provide support to the Development Services team whilst engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Process Legal Point of discharge applications, with support from the Development Services Subdivision Engineering Team.
- Conduct Site Inspections for Legal Point of Discharge Applications and Respond to Customer Correspondence.
- Assist in the management of Development Services responses for subdivisions in SPEAR and for Planning Permits in Tech One.
- Assist in the processing of bond payments and refunds.
- Assist with process and data input for Road Occupation Permits and Asset Protection Permits.
TO BE A SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:
The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner, have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as IT skills.
