As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of APAC events, from corporate meetings to special functions supporting a busy executive team. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week over 3 days. This role will start in early March and will be for 10 months until the end of January 2025. The client is a well known technology company based in the CBD, with amazing office space, flexible working and a collaborative team feel.
You will be responsible for:
- End to end event management
- Logistics coordination
- Liaising with suppliers
- Budget and operational management
To be successful in this position you will need to have proven experience in event coordination as well as:
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently at a fast-pace
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Due to the hours of this role, it would suit someone on a student visa, but you will need to be available for the entire length of the contract (10 months).
