We have an exciting part time opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to work with our CEO and Board at Identitywa’s Northbridge base. This is a key role to support the CEO and Board in the governance and operation of the organisation.
The role is well suited to a person with governance experience, who can work in a team as well as autonomously with a high level of maturity, integrity and confidentiality. The person we are seeking has excellent technical skills, an ability to build strong relationships and a ‘can do attitude’.

What you’ll do:
- Provide support to the Office of the CEO in the effective governance and operations of Identitywa.
- Provide timely, effective executive support to the Board including minute taking, agenda and report preparation
- Assist the CEO in organisational regular communication, maintaining sector contacts, family and stakeholder liaison, letter writing and producing publications
- Liaise with the Team Leader Administration to organise meetings, workshops, seminars and board functions including arranging lists of participants, travel arrangements and, catering where appropriate
- Represent Identitywa and the CEO to the community, with participants, families, stakeholders, Board of Management, staff and other organisations on the phone, in written communication and in person, in such a way as to positively project the ethos and values of the organisation
- Provide support the Executive Management Team with diary management by prioritising and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Other administrative duties as directed by CEO or board at Identitywa
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in executive and board support
- Strong organisational skills including ability to determine priorities, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines
- Excellent skills in computer literacy, with substantial experience with Microsoft suite of applications including presentation software, front page and email
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional written communication
- Demonstrated capacity to work with minimal supervision
- High level of maturity, integrity and strong focus on confidentiality
- Promote the Catholic ethos of the organisation and always comply with the policy and procedures as well as the Code of Conduct of Identitywa
- Comply with the NDIS practice standards under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
