One of Sydney's largest universities, based in Sydney CBD, are seeking an experienced EA for an ongoing contract. Mostly office based.
Your new companyand roleAn exciting long term temp vacancy has opened for an experienced EA to support multiple high-level executives. This role is right by public transport and is working in the office 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities
You must be a confident communicator (verbal/written) with experience preparing presentations, building relationships with high level stakeholders (internal/external) and managing top-level EA tasks such as;
- Complex inbox/calendar management
- High volume travel arrangements
- Invoice reconciliation
- Formatting and drafting correspondence
- Manage agenda/minutes
- Extensive presentation preparation on Powerpoint
- Managing highly confidential information
- Event management
- Ad hoc general administrative tasks such as; stationary orders, greeting clients, answering phone calls etc.
- At least 3 years working as an EA/PA capacity supporting C-Suite level Executives
- Clear communication with high-level internal/external stakeholder management experience
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and proactive nature
- Advanced ability in MS Office especially Powerpoint, as well as experience preparing presentations
