Day-to-day activities include:
- executive diary management,
- development of meeting agendas and minute taking,
- travel and accommodation arrangements,
- liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director,
- prioritising correspondence,
- vetting and formatting briefing notes and related documents, and
- contributing to the management of work flow across the Division.

- Has outstanding people skills and a friendly, personable approach to their work.
- Has experience successfully working with a broad range of stakeholders on sensitive or high-profile topics.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
