Mater Research are looking for a Executive Assistant to join the team. This permanent, full-time role will be based between our South Brisbane and Woolloongabba campuses.

What you'll be doing
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative support to the Research Executive Team. The principal duties of this position include the management of calendars and meetings, co-ordination of internal events and providing administrative and operations support to internal standing committees.

About you
You will have a minimum Certificate III in Business or equivalent relevant qualification or workplace experience. You will also meet the below criteria:
- Have a minimum of five years administrative experience in a corporate or academic setting including the provision of executive support
- Event coordination experience
- At least two years' experience in an Executive Support role
- Have demonstrated high level computer literacy, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Suite programs and Adobe (desirable)
- Have competency in medical and scientific terminology and awareness of the academic research sector (desirable)
