Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shareholder outreach, draft correspondence, and prepare agendas for board meetings
  • Liaise with corporate secretarial representatives in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia on company matters
  • Assist with the preparation and signing of annual company audit and other relevant corporate documents
  • Schedule calls and meetings with investors and stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and investors, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
  • Provide support in investor communication and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain streamlined systems for document management to ensure easy access to corporate records and reports

Must have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role or company administration role
  • Ideally has exposure to corporate secretarial work in Australia and/or Asia
  • Previous experience working in Asia preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Experience in the fintech industry is advantageous
  • Experience in Corporate Secretarial, investor communications, audit and compliance
  • Ability to anticipate needs and preferences, demonstrating foresight and proactive planning abilities
  • Proficiency in scheduling various activities, including appointments, meetings, deadlines, presentations, and virtual interactions
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
