The Role
As the Executive Assistant/Operations Manager you'll be pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of the NSW division.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and email management for the State Manager
- Drafting correspondence and document management
- Plan and execute NSW events and social activities
- General administrative support and office requirements
- Organising meetings and catering requirements
- Travel and accommodation management
- Processing of expense claims and reimbursements alongside accounts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting executives or senior management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
