We have a 12-month opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team as an Executive Support Officer. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be working within a fast paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to drive operational excellence and deliver exemplary customer service at the highest level of the organisation.
As a highly organised and process driven administrator, your key responsibility will be to provide a wide range of high level and confidential assistance and support to the Executive Assistant.

What the role will involve
- Extensive support to the Executive Assistant in delivering high level administrative and organisation services, scheduling structure and support.
- Prepare, manage, and administer day-to-day activities including arranging events, meetings, functions, credit card reconciliation, travel arrangements, invoicing and purchase orders.
- Assist the Executive Assistant with strategic calendar and inbox management
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers while building successful relationships
- Confidential information management
About you
- Extensive Executive support and administrative experience in a similar role within a multifunctional organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal direction with high attention to detail.
- Excellent competencies in the use of relevant IT applications including demonstrated experience in Microsoft applications.
