About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Practice Manager to lead our friendly team of highly experienced doctors, allied health professionals, nurses and reception team.
Core Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations to run smooth and effectively
- Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize patient waiting times.
- Staff rostering
- Implement and review practice policies and procedures
- Accreditation
- Feedback and complaints
- Foster positive and happy work environment
About you
- Minimum 2 years practice management experience
- High knowledge of Medicare processes
- Experience using Best Practice, HotDcoc, Primary Sense and Cubiko.
- Proven strong leadership skills, multi-tasking, problem solving and task management.
