Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our buildings and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Manage the upkeep of grounds and landscaping, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
Plan and oversee facility renovation, expansion, and construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
Develop and manage the facility budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to facility management and occupational health and safety.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
