Our client is a private property and real estate advisory group situated on Sydney's North Shore, with additional offices along the Eastern Seaboard. Specializing in advisory, transaction, and asset management services, their clientele predominantly consists of high-net-worth family offices and individuals.
They have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join their amazing team, providing facilities management expertise across a portfolio of commercial & industrial assets in the Sydney Metro area.
These role will have you;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services
- Maintain building operations to deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the building
- Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management
- Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client
- Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting
- Carry out building inspections as required under the building’s operating model & document findings.
You will;
- Possesses 3-5 years’ experience within Facilities Management, must be base building experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills communication skills and a passion for customer service delivery
- The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
- Excellent people skills with ability to communicate and report in clear succinct manner.
