Key responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors and coordinating with contractors.
- Keep the reception, café, and kitchen areas tidy, which includes loading and unloading dishwashers.
- Maintain the yogurt fridge and handle the ordering supplies.
- Act as the Occupational Health and Safety point of contact for external contractors, ensuring they complete all required induction training before starting work on-site.
- Assist with the scheduling and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared for use.
- Arrange local and international courier services as needed.
- Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage and restock office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinate catering for internal and external meetings.
- Update the office phone directory as necessary.
- Create purchase orders and manage invoicing.
- Provide support to the Office Manager with office maintenance and event planning as needed.
Looking for
- Previous Reception or Office Manager experience
- Someone with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- Must have full working rights as it is temp to perm opportunity
