General Manager Position at Black Toyota Dalby!

As the General Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day performance of the site and be responsible for developing a strong and successful sales team whilst upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and unique customer experiences.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment and ensure monthly sales budgets, targets and KPI objectives are surpassed.
• Lead, mentor, train and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
• Set the standards in your team with your professional and ethical behaviour. 
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Be involved in all aspects of the business to manage, monitor and review financial performance, budgets and expense control to optimize profitability. 
• Promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, while working with a management team to deliver an overall group result whilst ensuring all safety, environmental and legislative requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Proudly represent the Black Toyota Group and Eagers Automotive and their incredible history.

 Qualifications:

• Previous proven experience in automotive dealership management showing delivery of excellent sales, market share and CSI results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities in both written and verbal form.
• Astute business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret and effectively act on finance data and trends.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Meticulously organized with the ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneously. 
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excel at customer service, maximise customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
