Position: Head of Sales
Location: Melbourne, Australia (with flexible work-from-home options)
Salary: AUD $110,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation
OTE: AUD $40,000+

The Role:
As the Head of Sales, you'll work closely with our CEO & Founder, playing a pivotal role in managing our rapid sales growth and transitioning sales responsibilities. Your expertise will guide our sales strategies, manage an abundance of leads, and ensure our team's alignment with Collective Shift's goals. Your passion for cryptocurrency and education will be essential as you lead our sales function to new heights, supporting a global member base across multiple time zones.
Role Objectives:
- · Lead sales strategies to efficiently convert leads and achieve commission goals.
- · Guarantee new members an exceptional learning experience.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience and achievement of KPIs in high-volume environments.
· Flexibility and adaptability in an entrepreneurial setting.
· Self-motivation, professionalism, and an energetic demeanour.
· Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly Desirable Qualities:
· A strong passion or interest in Cryptocurrency and Finance.
· Experience in SAAS, Membership, Crypto & Finance sectors.
