As a Holiday Rentals Property Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding impeccable standards of property presentation and guest services, all while fostering strong relationships with our valued property owners. We're in search of candidates who possess a unique blend of real estate acumen, hospitality expertise, and a genuine dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of property management, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and relations with tradespersons.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, nurturing strong relationships and providing timely updates.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and holiday rental property owners, facilitating effective communication and promptly addressing maintenance needs and potential concerns.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold company standards and regulations.
- Facilitating the establishment of new properties and addressing any operational issues.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for all rental properties, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and their impact on the guest experience.
- Collaborate with various team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Nurture a small portfolio of approximately 30 well-presented and maintained properties from Cairns City to Trinity Beach
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, or hospitality management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Problem-solving mentality and open to continuous improvement
- Australian driver's license, reliable car and mobile phone.
