Our client is a leading profit-for-purpose real estate agency that specializes in affordable housing. Their aim is to provide high-quality, affordable properties to residents, while partnering with developers and investors to increase supply for affordable housing in NSW. A division of a well-known Social & Affordable Housing provider, our client has over 60 years industry experience and is passionate about helping the community.

The Role
Working out of the Moonee Ponds Victoria office, this role is an initial 3 month contract (until June 2024) with the view to go permanent, working 21 hours a week (3 days). As the new Housing & Administrative Assistant, you'll be directly supporting the Resident Services team with their portfolios and other ad hoc administrative tasks. What you need

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role/ sector
• Experience in effectively supporting diverse people with complex needs
• NDIS check and a National Criminal Check (willing to obtain)
• Current Driver License
• Some knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (desirable)
• Some exposure to the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (desirable)
