Human Resource Coordinator

SHEPHERD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team.  Reporting to the Manager - Corporate Services, you will provide advice and support to the business across all aspects of HR. Working closely with our leaders, managers, and employees, you will provide support to continuously improve the entire employment life cycle and ensure that all HR systems function seamlessly and meet legislative and organisational requirements. 

To contribute to SHEPHERD’s values of Respect, Teamwork, Positivity, Excellence, Innovation and Work Life Balance, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Human Resources Generalist role. 
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Demonstrated understanding of employee relations, awards, and general HR practices, and experience in administering HR systems. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and pro-active attitude, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills. 
• A high level of professionalism, with strong emotional intelligence and integrity. 
• Experience in designing and developing online training content will be highly regarded.
