We are seeking to appoint an administrator responsible for providing effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and efficient, accurate and timely administrative support within our company.
About the role
Two key result areas:
Key Result Area 1 - Customer Relationship Management
- Being the first point of contact for all phone and email inquiries
- Building client relationships
- Management of family enrolment details
- Invoicing and direct debiting payment and debtor management.
- General Office Administration duties
Key Result Area 2: Office Management
- Personal Assistant to company General Manager
- Providing support to individual OOSH Services.
- Being part of our Head Office team
You will stand out if
- Previous administrative experience in a child care centre.
- Skills and experience with child care databases, MS Office and Excel.
