Property Manager - Melton Office
Opportunity exists for a Property Manager to be trained into and join a friendly team of 20+ staff in an award winning office in Melton.
With quality properties, cloud based systems, 1 on 1 training with the Property Management director every day for your 1st week, you will be given a true chance to succeed in Property Management!
Due to growth, this portfolio exists to manage 140 properties in north-western suburbs all within 15 min of the office.
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, limited weekends 1 in 8 Saturdays or less for a half day. Parking Provided!
Your Responsibilities:- Primarily a Client Management role, you will manage your own portfolio of 140 properties, all residential
- Admin + Leasing Support + Field Agent conducting out of office appointments
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
