Mobilize are seeking an experienced Logistics / Workshop Officer to start with our client who is an industry leader in the design, manufacture and delivery of purpose built safety systems for the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities
- Obtain quotes from suppliers
- Warehousing tasks including goods inwards, dispatch & fork work
- Raise & track orders from suppliers
- Liaise with freight companies to organize deliveries
- Catalogue updates
- Stock control
- Document management
- Update clients on delivery ETA's
- Provide fortnightly work in progress updates
- Phone based support to clients
- Focal point for purchasing workshop consumables
- Assist with some hands on workshop TA duties as required
- Have an ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Computer literacy in MS Office and ERP System
- Great communication skills
- Logistics & Inventory management experience
- Valid Drivers licence & Forklift ticket
- Be a team player
