Marketing Manager - Real Estate

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and effective marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business. 

The Role: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Real Estate listings and services.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional marketing methods to reach and engage target audiences.
• Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners
• Managing the marketing collateral for all Sales & Property Management Properties
• Finalising all marketing print for properties, signboards, brochures & portals
• Liaising with vendors & arranging photoshoots for upcoming listings
• Managing & driving company branding

The Candidate:

• Must be passionate about Real Estate!
• Have a creative flair and eye for detail
• The ideal candidate will have Marketing experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Knowledge of Agent Box, Realestate.com & Domain advantageous 
• Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and use checklists efficiently
• Willing to obtain a certificate of registration if required
• Junior Marketing Candidates are also considered!
