Form of workExperienced Medical Receptionist required for busy Medical Centre located in Varsity Lakes. Excellent working environment.
Casual position 20 to 25 hours per week with the opportunity to increase with holiday and sick relief.
Must be available Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6.00pm. No weekend or public holiday work. (Mon, Tues and Fri a MUST to be available)
Medical Centre experience essential.
Best Practice Software experience desirable.
Must be a team player.
Duties include but not limited to: Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments. Taking payments. Scanning and faxing.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Must have attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
