Medical Receptionist - Permanent Shifts

Our large, very busy, modern medical centre located in Sunshine requires a casualMedical Receptionist to join our wonderful medical reception team. We are looking to employ a receptionist to fill the following shifts: 

• Monday to Friday: 3.00pm - 11.00pm (most days may finish between 7pm - 8pm)

Must be available to start no later than 3.00pm M-F

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and you will contribute to the daily reception operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending patients to see the doctors
• Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
• Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
• Billing, scanning and filing
• General administrative duties

Good people skills and phone manner will be needed for these positions.

No previous medical reception experience required.
