The Children's Private Medical Group is expanding so we are currently seeking a full time receptionist to join our busy paediatric practice in Parkville.
We are a fast-paced and thriving multidisciplinary paediatric practice caring for newborns right through to adolescence.
The reception role is diverse and involves all aspects of Front of House Reception as well as many and varied administrative tasks. If you are looking for a role that will challenge you, then this is it!
Experience in a medical practice is preferred but not essential. We will provide training to the right candidate but you must be friendly, kind, considerate, hardworking and adaptable!
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A passion for customer service and quality
- An engaging and sincere style with patients and their families, guests and visitors to our clinic
- A positive (can-do) attitude and an eye for detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and resilience
- An ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve
- A talent for calendar management, scheduling and the effective use email and telephone to satisfy patient inquiries
