About The Role
You will be responsible for the profitable growth of the Electrolux Home Products portfolio within The Good Guys retail business. This will include iconic brands such as: Electrolux, Westinghouse.
You will own the relationship with all stakeholders at The Good Guys Head Office, own the development & execution of a long-term strategic plan for all categories & brands in the EHP retail business unit. You will demonstrate a thorough market understanding, strong leadership capability and an ability to remain agile to deliver results in a highly complex and fast changing environment.
You will work closely with the Sales Director and Head of Key Accounts to establish & drive execution of the overall Retail Business sales plan within - The Good Guys. Your success will be defined by the strength of relationships with all key personal at the Good Guys. This includes being comfortable with senior leadership discussions, most importantly Category Managers, Supply Planners, and other Good Guys support office stakeholders.
Also essential is for you to build strong cross-functional relationships within Electrolux Home Products to ensure the broader business is aligned with the Good Guys strategic joint business plans. You will own the Forecast & ATL activations across the planning process, aligning to EHP strategic & tactical objectives.
What You'll Do
Your focus will be centered around ensuring that we grow our Electrolux business both in terms of net sales and profit within the Good Guys. In partnership with the Sales Director & Head of Key Accounts you will engage on a regular cadence with all stakeholders in the Good Guys business, building relationships across all levels of their business including Head office & State teams.
You will work closely with the NARTA National Business Manager to drive the best possible outcomes from the very key member The Good Guys, establishing strategies with specific objectives which deliver desired financial outcomes within the available budget.
Some of your core focus objectives will include but not be limited to:
- Building Annual Joint Business Plan, reviewing & adjusting quarterly to deliver the business plans
- Owning & optimizing the forecasting process for The Good Guys
- Owning Biannual range reviews to gain best possible range outcomes for EHP within The Good Guys
- Ensuring strategic O&A spends & tactical investments are effectively executed within agreed parameters, clear communication & education is provided to field Sales teams for best results.
- Agreement of terms and reconciliation of claims for customer agreed investments
- Monthly Pricelist management
- Regular SAP Jam activity posts to keep state sales teams aligned.
- Analysis of available data to identify business opportunities, risks, and issues relating to channel spend.
- Significant demonstrable experience managing key accounts at head office level within the
- Whitegoods, Consumer Goods, FMCG Industry.
- Solid capability and business acumen required to successfully manage major National Retailer
