A terrific opportunity has become available to join our Leadership Team reporting directly to our Managing Director.
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing our sales team across the country. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales management.
Let's talk about what you will be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Day to day management of the Sales Account Managers to deliver sales and margin targets, mitigating any risks and developing strategies to assist.
- Work cross functionally to launch new products and plan for promotions, customer training, campaigns and display placements.
- Provide accurate reports on sales forecast, budget, margin targets and competitor activity to the business for analysis and planning.
- Ensure the sales team has the applicable training for all new and existing product.
- Monitor sales and margin targets by product taking action to improve where required.
- Provide forecast insight to the supply chain team on a regular basis to ensure stock availability and channel demand.
- Support the implementation of Sales Excellence and other Franke Home Solutions initiatives as they arise.
- Work closely with the marketing and product management teams to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
What will you bring
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
