We’re seeking a National Sales Manager in a key leadership position to drive our growth journey. The opportunity includes overseeing the National Sales Department, hiring State Managers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing daily operations of the sales team and cultivating solid relationships with clients.

Your Role:

  • Assume a vital leadership role, guiding and developing a proficient sales team to achieve exemplary results.
  • Expand, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales leaders and Sales Representatives.
  • Effectively manage sales targets, KPI metrics, and objectives.
  • Utilise Salesforce for pipeline management and strategic growth.
  • Foster and maintain relationships within the construction industry and identify new partnership channels to enhance market share.
  • Travel to support and motivate regional team leaders and sales teams, attending client meetings.
  • Strategically work with your team to solve problems and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Work closely and strategise with Key stakeholders and international counterparts to achieve successful results. 

About You:

  • A passionate and tenacious sales leader with a proven track record of KPI-based sales targets, preferably in the B2C sector. (Familiarity within the construction industry is a plus but not essential)
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on strategic planning and team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, email, and telephone etiquette.
  • Track record of assisting the team in achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, customer-centric environment.
  • Acquires vital market intelligence and integrates insights into daily activities.
  • Capable of developing sustainable sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and analysing complex issues.
  • Lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and celebrating successes.
  • Committed to professional attire and appearance and personal and professional growth
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness and be dedicated to professional development.
  • Proven skills in building client relationships and negotiating.
  • Experienced in sales management, skilled in strategic planning and team dynamics.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on long-term strategic objectives.
  • Have a valid driver's license and car
